RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. All returned/exchanged items must be new and in an unused condition.
Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier company fails to pick up the shipment. You will need to return the shipment to our address.
Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the availability of the service in your area pin code.
Issues in quality/quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
99-250 INR logistic charges will be deducted as a part of the return/exchange process.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and unwashed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN NOT ELIGIBLE
Returns are not eligible if tags are detached, items are not in original packaging, used, washed, soiled, part of special discount offers, or for size-related issues (it's your responsibility to check the size chart before ordering).
We do not accept returns for quality issues, as we use 100% cotton bio-wash and silicon-washed fabric.
Return reasons are invalid and inappropriate.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
- To return/exchange an item, please raise a request at support@hustlekaar.in with a clear photo and a video that shows the product’s defects. Once your request is approved your order will be picked up within 4-5 working days.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
- If your exchange is approved we will ship a brand new product to you in exchange and it will be delivered in the next 3-8 working days.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund and it will take 3-5 working days to appear in your original form of payment.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at support@hustlekaar.in right away if anything is damaged, defective or missing.
EXCEPTIONS
- Unfortunately, discounted items, gift cards, and special offers/collaborations cannot be returned.

If the order is placed during a sale and is returned to us, only the amount you paid will be refunded, the current product price will not be included.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can't be cancelled once it's shipped, you can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the My Account page.
